The Opportunity

North America
As a Field Sales Representative for North America, you will play a key role in expanding ZionAI’s presence and growing our AI services business. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers ("new logos") and driving revenue by delivering customized AI solutions. You’ll collaborate with clients across various industries, to leverage data to help them achieve business priorities. You will gain deep insights into their unique business and technology challenges and aligning ZionAI’s tailored services to meet their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engages with internal and external stakeholders on business planning, to review and plan for accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Collaborates with extended sales team, partners, and marketing to conduct business analysis (e.g., whitespace analysis, identify industry trends) to pursue high-potential customers and develop a target list of potential business.
  • Engage in conversations with customers to introduce ZionAI and turn leads to opportunities and deals. Initiates conversations with customers to gain deep insights into their unique business and technology challenges and aligns ZionAI’s tailored services to meet their specific needs.
  • Identified customer business needs and technology readiness and Implements strategies to accelerate the closing of deals
  • Collaborates with team members to provide demos and quotes. Collaborates with Marketing to identify and follow-up on new leads.
  • Collaborates with partners and resources and leverages customer insights or industry knowledge. Contributes to exploring business and emerging opportunities to optimize the portfolio and support customer innovation.
  • Manages and/or orchestrates sales and delivery success through end-to-end customer cycle.

Impact

We are seeking an Field Sales Representative with deep expertise.
  • ZionAI has a different base pay and our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from 90,200 per year to 137,500 per year.
  • This role offers the potential to earn substantial sales incentives tied to signing new contracts and revenue.
